Georgia Tech says EMIL seeks to help “the world’s leading companies develop global logistics solutions by grooming their supply chain executives.” Typically, classes are made up of international vice presidents, directors and managers.

Fall 2003 enrollment includes 20% of students sponsored by regional and global corporations with non-U.S. operations.

Based on the success of EMIL and with the desire to increase international involvement, an Asia-Pacific Scholarship – slated for February 2004 – will be awarded to a student living and working in the area, so-far successful in a career, with potential for future leadership and willingness to fully join in the EMIL experience.
