IFCO Systems opens its newest pallet services facility in St. Louis. The company currently has 50 pallet management service facilities. The new location is centrally located to bring pallet recycling, pallet retrieval and other pallet management services to customers throughout Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa. The St. Louis facility has access to convenient shipping lanes that allow it to offer service within a 200 mile radius.
This facility will service the St. Louis Metro area as well as Central and Southeastern Missouri, along with providing service in Illinois and Iowa. "Being a national company allows IFCO to offer a complete range of services for pallet management, from supply through recovery, reconditioning and disposal. Our broad infrastructure, expertise and flexibility means we can provide customized, single-source solutions," says William Hoskins, Manager of New Market Development. This facility will also service many new customers as well as current customers Clorox, Schwanns, Genco and The Home Depot. The opening of the St. Louis area facility will bring at least 25 new jobs to the area in the first year.
