Location Management Services (LMS, Mission Viejo, Calif.), a provider of site selection, incentive negotiation and compliance management services, announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM, Washington, D.C.).

LMS will offer site selection and incentives negotiation, management and collection expertise to NAM members. It has also purchased and assumed management of the Site Selection Network (SSN).

The SSN is a national information source for companies with plans to relocate or expand. It assists companies by providing information on available buildings and ready sites. The SSN is available to members of the NAM, as well as members of the American Hotel and Lodging Association, The American International Automobile Dealers Association and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, free of charge.

By using SSN’s exclusive Web-based process, a company is able to identify requirements for a new location or expanded facility without revealing its identity. LMS then analyzes the various options presented and provides a summary of information to the company and assists it in determining the best location.

To date, LMS has cumulatively realized over $1.8 billion in incentives and tax credits as a result of successful negotiations and compliance management. During the last three years the LMS team has completed more than 700 site selection and incentive negotiation projects.
