AuraPortal´s ERM (External Relationship Management) system combines workflow, information and collaboration capabilities throughout the entire supply chain, from providers and suppliers through distributors, sales agents, indirect channels and customers. It is a mix of CRM (Customer Relationship Management), SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) and other applications that are normally used by companies managing relations with external agents. ERM changes those relationships into processes within a BPMS model without the need of IT programming.
AuraPortal provides a private and exclusive channel for each external user through its portals. Moreover, regulations, both internal and mandatory, are expressed in BPM processes and business rules, and will be transmitted automatically throughout the supply chain. Also, by using monitoring capabilities, compliance to regulations can be monitored (including their characteristics, conditions and times).
