Numatech Industries Inc., a supplier of converted corrugated plastic products and returnable and reusable packaging systems based in Puslinch, Ont., purchased the assets of PCF Foam through its subsidiary Amatech Polycel Inc. PCF formerly operated a 60,000 sq.-ft. foam and corrugated plastic packaging facility in Hamilton, Ohio. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Dave Amatangelo, founder of Amatech Polycel and v.p. of operations for Numatech Industries said that PCF’s assets would be moved to various Numatech facilities. "We are pleased that as part of the transaction we are able to add Dan Huerkamp, the former owner of PCF Foam, to our team. Dan's expertise will be a great addition,” he added.
