Zero Gap Infeed Allows Even Lanes and Jam-Free Packing Standard-Knapp announces the PakMore™ continuous motion case packer for faster and smoother packaging of bottles in a variety of industries

Portland, CT - Standard-Knapp, a worldwide leader in the manufacture of innovative packaging machinery, announces the PakMore™ continuous motion case packer for faster and smoother packaging of bottles in a variety of industries, including soft drink, beer, wine, food, and household products.

The unique positive, continuous operation of the PakMore case packer is a high-speed, low-maintenance process that yields greater efficiency than traditional case packers. The PakMore case packer uses Standard-Knapp's innovative pressureless Zero-Gap Infeed for smooth bottle laning, ensuring balanced lines and jam-resistant operation.

Designed to maximize placement accuracy and minimize bottle damage during case packing, the PakMore's technologically advanced, dual-axis servo grouper and gripper heads pick up bottles and safely lower them into the case. The ergonomic design of PakMore's automated head changeover feature and smart automatic fault recovery system ensure the case packer is as reliable as it is efficient.

Capable of packing up to 75 cases per minute, Standard-Knapp's PakMore case packer greatly reduces operational costs. Additional features of the PakMore allow for the flexibility of an inline or peninsula layout as well as an optional tablock slitter.

Standard-Knapp offers 24 hour customer service assistance as well as extensive machine training programs for the PakMore.
