(Staatsburg, NY)--B & R Specialties, Inc., the market leader in the design and manufacture of special plastics products, introduces two new products lines. The new products, Special Dollies for Attached Lid containers, and the Heavy-Duty Shipping Containers, have been fabricated through the proprietary UNIFUSE® vibrational molding (VIM) system.

Special Dollies for Attached Lid Containers
The high quality, long-life dollies are specifically designed for easy transport of attached lid and other similar containers. B & R offers 10 sizes fitting most standard containers. Special sizes can be made to fit customer needs, with only minimal engineering and set-up charge for custom work. Made from high impact polyethylene, Series EDL containers and dollies help reduce worker strain and fatigue by providing easier and higher access to contents. The one-piece design rolls on four swivel casters. The containers and dollies are fabricated from steam-cleanable, USDA- and FDA-approved materials, are seamless and provide a completely sanitary, leak-proof unit. B&R dollies do not chip, rot, or splinter.

Returnable and Reusable Shipping Boxes
Heavy duty, returnable and reusable shipping boxes are perfect containers for the handling, storing and shipping of parts. High-impact linear low-density Polyethylene (LLDPE) results in ultimate strength and material that meets government transport regulations. Lids bolt closed and have stacking corners to maintain position in shipping. The shipping boxes are usable in temperatures from minus 40 degrees to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

The UNIFUSE VIM system converts thermoplastic pellets or powder to finished parts by vibrational fusing without going through a melting phase. Through a combination of heat and vibration, the process produces parts of any size, with superior strength and integrity. In addition, the special techniques involved in the UNIFUSE process produce parts without subjecting the plastic to thermal degradation. UNIFUSE products are heavy-duty industrial units that are weather- and chemical-resistant, have superior strength and are highly resistant to impact and cracking. Units in the field under constant abuse have now been tested for over 20 years without failure. UNIFUSE is a registered trademark of B & R Specialties, Inc.
