Seattle-based SanMar Corp., broke ground on a $25 million warehouse off Interstate 75 in West Chester Township, Ohio. When it opens next summer, the 770,000-square-foot warehouse will be twice as big as the company’s current warehouse in the area. SanMar makes and distributes imprintable apparel. Customers include screenprinters, embroiderers, promotional products distributors, athletic dealers and industrial launderers.

“A state-of-the-art warehouse of this size shows SanMar's tremendous commitment to deep inventory,” said Jordon Lott, company vice president, in a local news report. As it states on the company website, that commitment to “maximum inventory” allows SanMar to process, fill and ship orders the same day that orders are placed.
