The economical Sidewinder brings the simplicity, reliability, and high quality of Iconotech’s unique printing technology to the production line. The machine uses Iconotech's unique computer generated printing stencil to print bar codes, logos and text directly on filled cases. This allows for exact placement of very high-resolution print anywhere within the 2"W x 23"L print area. It adjusts easily and quickly for new print messages, to precisely position a message, or case sizes. The print quality is INCOMPARABLE – consistently sharp and brilliant, even for long print runs.
The Sidewinder's precision print provides 100% guaranteed readable bar codes, and is suitable for average batch runs of 10,000. Versatile and easy-to-use, it compactly measures19”W x 24”D, and can be mounted on either side of a conveyor for running at a wide range of conveyor speeds.
While labeling systems can produce in spec bar codes, they require expensive labels. Ink jet cannot guarantee consistently in-spec bar code printing capabilities.
