OCONOMOWOC, Wis. - ORBIS Corporation offers the 40 x 48 Heavy-Duty Structo-Cell®, a double-faced, one-piece plastic pallet designed specifically to efficiently store and transport food, pharmaceutical and chemical products throughout the supply chain. Due to its long service life and reusability, it can result in a reduced cost-per-trip when compared to alternative pallets.
The 40 x 48 HDSC pallet provides the dimensional consistency, durability and long service life required in today's high-density, high-velocity warehouses and distribution centers. This 40” x 48” x 5.1” polyethylene pallet can be manufactured in FDA approved material or fire retardant material. It is also available with three molded-in rings for 55 gallon drum handling.
The 40 x 48 HDSC pallet’s consistent size and weight, combined with its low profile, make it compatible with most automated warehouse systems. It also offers:

This pallet provides an environmental alternative to wood pallets and is fully recyclable at the end of its service life. The all-plastic pallet cannot harbor pests, mold or fungus. Available options include 3 molded-in rings, ½” discontinuous lip, molded-in logo, anti-skid spin disks, identification plates, vinyl labels and rubber grommets.
