    System Logistics Completes Merger with Diamond Phoenix

    System Logistics, a material handling systems integrator, has announced that its merger with Diamond Phoenix is complete.

    Lewiston, Maine-based System Logistics Corp. is a subsidiary of the Italian firm System Group S.p.A. The company provides design and material handling equipment implementation services, software and a range of order fulfillment technologies.
