Thermal Protective Packaging

ThermoPod protective packaging offers mail order shippers ThermoKeeper temperature control and protective insulated box liners. Applications include mail order foods, wine, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. It is manufactured with biodegradable components and fits snugly into a protective corrugated outer box, keeping contents within ideal temperature range. The outer surface of ThermoKeeperbox liner is a biodegradable waterproof poly film. The inner surface is a biodegradable perforated poly film. An innovative proprietary ultra-insulating padding, which is also biodegradable, is sandwiched between the outer and inner films. The insulation also includes an EPA-approved anti-microbial additive for cross-contamination prevention and super absorbent fibers to help draw away condensation and provide auxiliary containment of accidental spills or leakage.
