True Religion Apparel Inc. (Los Angleles) signed a five-year lease to move its corporate headquarters and distribution center to a new, 119,000 sq-ft. building in Vernon, Calif.
"The dramatic expansion in our business over the past several years has made it necessary to secure a larger facility. We will now be able to better accommodate expected growth from both department store and specialty store customers in the U.S. and abroad. This facility will also support the further development of our retail strategy and infrastructure," said Jeffrey Lubell, chairman and CEO. The company's current operations occupy 30,000 sq. ft. in total.
True Religion Apparel, Inc., through its subsidiary Guru Denim, Inc., manufactures, markets, distributes and sells high-end, "True Religion Brand Jeans" in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Mexico, the Middle East and Japan.
