KUKA Robotics Corp. (Clinton Township, Mich.), a global manufacturer of industrial robots, announced it has signed Transbotics Corp. of Charlotte, N. C. as its newest system partner. Transbotics is an integrated solutions provider specializing in automated guided vehicles (AVGs) and automation technology. It will integrate KUKA Robotics’ industrial robots into its automatic material handling systems.

“Transbotics has been specializing in AVGs and integrated automation technology solutions for over 20 years,” said Joe Campbell, director of strategic alliances for KUKA Robotics Corporation. “With our combined expertise and high performance KUKA products and technology, Transbotics will be able to offer their customers best-in-class automated handling solutions.”
