Three models of workbenches offering weight bearing capacities of 14,000 lbs. have been introduced by Durham Manufacturing Company, Durham, CT. The company claims that there are no comparable workbenches, in terms of size, that can safely accommodate heavy work pieces and assemblies of that weight.

Construction consists of a ¼ inch steel plate top welded to a 3 inch “C” channel frame mounted on 3 inch by 3 inch by 3/16 inch angle iron legs. A 12 gauge, 29 ½ inch deep shelf is positioned 10 inches above the floor for storage space as well as providing additional stability.
An optional drawer, which attaches to the underside of the work surface, opens and closes easily on ball bearing slides and has a recessed handle with a lock and two keys furnished.
All models are 36 inches deep by 34 inches high. Widths are 48 inches, 60 inches and 72 inches.
Finish is durable gray powder coat. Ships assembled, ready for use.
