Remotely Manage Mobile Devices

Honeywell’s Remote MasterMind 4.0 tightens integration among all Honeywell branded mobile devices, including Android enterprise-ready devices and barcode scanners, as well as consumer mobile device brands used in enterprise bring-your-own-device (BYOD) programs. A single person or a group of administrators can manage an entire set or subset of devices from across the enterprise, track device locations and routes traveled and make quick decisions regarding user-reported issues without needing to be present at a site. Users and administrators can access device metrics and statistics to diagnose reported issues, identify operation errors from within the device pools, aggregate operation data and improve IT support to devices.
