The Humantech System offers access to six online training modules covering the principles of ergonomics and design guidelines. Upon completing the online training, users will work alongside certified ergonomists to assess and improve problem jobs. Through data and reporting, ergonomics process owners can monitor the activities of the ergonomics team, track the status improvement plans and generate reports. Completing the online training, participating in expert-led improvement workshops and adhering to a planned follow-up schedule will ensure the improvement process is carried forward.
