The third party logistics company (3PL) provides services to global technology company Samsung in China.
Jinji's lease is part of a new 437,000 square-foot facility under construction at ProLogis Park Xiqing in Tianjin. The facility will be completed in early 2009.
Jinji will operate the facility as a domestic distribution center for Samsung. The South Korean manufacturer has established one of its largest overseas manufacturing bases less than 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) from the new logistics park.
ProLogis Park is located within 15 kilometers (9.3 miles) of five major expressways and near Tianjin International Airport. it is also 30 kilometers (18.6 miles) from Tianjin Container Port, China's fifth largest.
