Cargo is the Countrys Most Vulnerable Terror Target

According to North, incentive for increased attacks in an attempt to influence U.S. elections was provided by the bombing of the Atocha railroad station in Madrid and subsequent reaction by the voting public in turning out leadership that had supported U.S. military policy in Iraq.

Citing cargo containers and other means of moving product into the U.S. as vulnerable to inclusion of weaponry, North thanked those in attendance for their applying their expertise to keeping America safe. “Cargo is the biggest vulnerability most likely to be leveraged to create a big bang,” he said.
