ESYNC to Merge with TranSystems

TranSystems, a transportation management consulting company based in Kansas City, Mo., and

ESYNC, a supply chain consulting firm in Toledo, Ohio, plan to merge. ESYNC management and staff will reportedly be retained, including ESYNC principals and co-founders, John Sidell and Jim McNerney.

"Given the ever-increasing demands that the global economy brings, this is absolutely the right time for this move," said John Sidell. "TranSystems has a deep bench of international supply chain expertise, and that, combined with ESYNC's breadth and depth of technical and operational talent, will add value to our clients' global supply chains."
