Support For Higher Ocean Liability Rates

NITL was represented at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law which has been meeting to reforumlate rules governing the loss and damage of international freight.

Subsequent conventions have been adopted by several countries-with the exception of the US.
The UN working group has been meeting since 2002 and has one remaining session scheduled for January.
