A Fresh New Look for MH&L

July 27, 2017
We've approached our website's redesign channeling the same spirit of innovation that characterizes the material handling and logistics industry.

Welcome to the new MHLnews.com website, designed to provide you with more and easier access to the latest material handling and logistics reporting and trends analysis. We hope that long-time readers are pleasantly surprised by our redesign, and for those of you joining us for the first time, welcome aboard!

Our research shows that a large percentage of you are reading MH&L on your smartphones or mobile devices, and that number is constantly increasing, so it only makes sense that we optimize the reading experience for you. Just as smartphones are revolutionizing the way consumers can interact with retailers and manufacturers, they also allow you—our readers—to stay connected to the latest news and developments impacting the supply chain. That’s why the new responsive design to our website emphasizes real-time interactions and deep content engagement.

Some of the new features include:

• A more contemporary design.

• Infinite-scroll content pages for improved user engagement.

• Richer content visuals, including videos, photos and our always-popular slideshows.

• Faster page loading.

Along with the fresher look and feel, we’re also expanding our coverage and reporting into the areas you’ve told us are most important to you, particularly when it comes to technology, workforce issues and best practices. Our intent, as ever, is to keep you on our website as long as possible, and if that means we’ve got to provide you with even more essential content to do so, then that’s what we’ll do.

So yes, we’re understandably proud of our new website, but ultimately, the real test of it comes now, as you become more familiar with it and put it through its paces. Let us know what you think: what do you like, what don’t you like, what would you like to see us do next? Send those thoughts to me at [email protected].
