Providing a smart, flexible solution to move products safely and efficiently through facilities, the Intelligent Autonomous Vehicle (IAV) uses specialized sensors with multiple safety fields to ensure the vehicle slows down, stops, or speeds up with respect to the distance of a person or object; no magnetic tape or physical guides are needed. With smarter algorithms, the IAV becomes artificially intelligent.
The IAV is designed for large payloads and follows pre-determined paths to execute commands while maneuvering around obstacles if required. It features dynamic driving with tight turning, parallel, perpendicular, crabwalk, and zero-turn movements. Command center software maintains real-time record of all IAVs in fleet via Wi-Fi or radio communication.
The vehicle is custom designed for application specifications. Optional features include a stainless/washdown version, the capability to handle up to 17% grades, and battery hot swap or in route opportunity charging.
