Visual Management System
The QDIP Daily Process Management Whiteboard System is a visual management system for five key areas: quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and safety. For up to 31 days of tracking, the system is designed to serve as a cornerstone for daily huddle meetings and Gemba walks. It includes sections for countermeasure tracking, performance/trend charts, and a legend area.
It comes with everything needed to operate, including an array of color-coded magnets, cardholders, and status symbols to highlight when elements are meeting, exceeding, and falling below standards.
