Proximity Alarm Prevents Collisions [New Product]
The ZoneSafe proximity warning and detection system from Intella Parts helps to reduce accidents between personnel and lift trucks, excavators, backhoes, etc. Using specially designed proximity antennas, a 6-25 foot perimeter detection zone is set up around a vehicle to detect pedestrian encroachment. The system includes an in-cab unit, proximity antennas, and personal safety transponders. Personal safety transponders (PSTs) are worn by all personnel. When a pedestrian enters the detection zone, an audible and visual alarm from the cab in control unit is triggered to warn the driver.
