UniCarriers Proud of Forklift Innovation

March 24, 2015
UniCarriers is combining TCM & Nissan forklift brands into a single message of reliability and innovation.

UniCarriers says its new "Never Quit" campaign is perfect for its brand. The company's EVP of Americas - Sales, James Radous says UniCarrier forklifts are so reliable, they can confidently offer a two year, unlimited hours guarantee.

The company is now combining TCM and Nissan forklifts under the UniCarriers brand.

UniCarriers traces its roots to 1914 as Barrett Industrial Trucks, which pioneered electric powered equipment in the material handling space. TCM was founded in Japan and made the country's first-ever forklift in 1949. Nissan Forklift begin in 1957, and acquired Barrett in 1988.

Many UniCarrier forklifts are made outside Chicago, in Marengo, IL.  Watch the video below in which MH&L's Dave Blanchard interviews Mr. Radous at ProMat. You can visit the Unicarriers website here.
