Sky-Trax Inc. is partnering with AiDC Solutions of West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, to introduce into European markets optical real-time location solutions for tracking lift trucks and assets in plants and distribution centers.

“AiDC’s wide range of experience with business process automation, Auto-ID, and emerging data collection technologies makes them a perfect fit for our premier partner program,” said Larry Mahan, President of Sky-Trax. “Because of AiDC’s large customer network and reach, our partnership will allow for growth opportunities within the materials handling industry in the UK as well as other parts of Europe.”

David Myers, COO of AiDC Solutions added that “The Sky-Trax product set is an innovative solution to the age-old problem of real-time inventory tracking with zero human interface operation. This is a no scan indoor Real-Time Location System (RTLS) which can identify the position of individual pallets down to a few centimeters.”
