Based in San Jose, Calif., eBoomerang offers a suite of returns management applications that track, manage and process returns in real-time from a secure, web-based platform. eBoomerang’s technology has been adopted by such manufacturers as Panasonic and Seagate Technology.

eBoomerang offers a complete returns management suite with modular solutions that can be implemented with minimal IT infrastructure and provides simple integration to existing systems. The suite includes tools that empower each customer to define business rules and workflow to optimize their returns process from their facilities to retailers or dealers and direct end-users. Over $35 billion is spent annually on returns good processing with little detailed knowledge on profitability and efficiencies. eBoomerang’s software enables capabilities for tracking and control of every returned product that may require repair, refurbishment or recycling with true, end-to-end returns management capabilities.
