“Four Soft has full service products/offerings for the service provider segments,” said the company announcement. “TAKE Solutions' product offerings complement this very well on the enterprise side,” according to Palem Srikanth Reddy, chairman and CEO of Four Soft.
TAKE has a strong presence in the US and Asia Pacific, while Four Soft has strong markets in Europe and Japan. The merger, says TAKE Solutions' Srinivasan H.R., “will leverage cross-market innovation and a strong partnering philosophy to become a truly global company in size and capability.”
