The incentive covers shippers throughout the U.S. and Canada. A $2 invoice deduction will automatically appear following the net negotiated price on the shipper's invoice for each electronic bill of lading filed.

The program is effective October 1st and runs through March 31, 2004.

To qualify, shippers must be registered users of the Web site. All electronic bills of lading must be submitted by 2 p.m. and be ready for pick up by 5 p.m. the same day.
