HighJump Software, a global provider of supply chain management software, announced it has acquired Atlas Products International, a United Kingdom-based provider of Software as a Service (SaaS)-based business-to-business (B2B) EDI integration, secure data transfer, and e-invoicing systems.
“This acquisition extends our global trading partner network, both functionally and geographically, and complements our existing HighJump B2Bi business,” said Michael Cornell, CEO of HighJump Software.
