Not only has Accenture contributed $1 Million to be given over two years, the global management consulting firm has also made a commitment to help by enhancing the aid effort through providing core skills through volunteer time.

As described by Accenture, the components of the Aidmatrix Global Relief Network include: Food Relief --to expand and enlarge current efforts in Europe, Latin America and 30 U.S. cities. Medical Relief -- to construct and put into operation a medical supply chain solution. Aidmatrix has already piloted such a project in India and Africa. Disaster Relief -- to build “first-in” disaster team competency in conjunction with other disaster agencies.
