The 777 Freighter will join Boeing’s cargo family that includes the popular 747-400 Freighter. Both the 777 and 747 Freighters will handle 10-foot high (3.1 meters) pallets. The 777 Freighter will accommodate a revenue payload of 222,000-pounds (101 metric tons) and will be capable of loading 27 standard pallets on its main deck with an additional 10 in the lower cargo hold.
The new Freighter will fly 5,200 nautical miles (9,630 km) with a full payload. It will meet QC2 noise standards for noise-sensitive airports.
