FedEx Enhances Transportation Management Service

CARY, NC. and MEMPHIS, TN. (Oct. 8, 2003) - BridgePoint, Inc., a leading supplier of global, multimode supply chain visibility and event management solutions and FedEx Supply Chain Services, Inc., a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX), have announced that FedEx Supply Chain Services, Inc. has integrated BridgePoint into the new technology platform for the enhanced FedEx Transportation Management service offering.

* Data Management services to increase the accuracy and timeliness of shipment information needed to make proactive decisions

* Shipment Tracking and Tracing to provide the real-time visibility needed to monitor and manage shipments down to the stock-keeping unit (SKU) level across the supply chain

* Alerting and Exception Management in order to proactively identify and respond to unplanned events * Proof of Delivery validation
