RWI Transportation Opens Dallas Terminal

March 11, 2011
RWI Transportation, an asset-based logistics company that provides regional and national truckload, LTL, expedited, and refrigerated warehousing services, opened a new terminal in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.

According to Richard Bauer, executive vice president and general manager of RWI Transportation, the new terminal is strategically located in Dallas to allow the 55-year-old company to service the entire region more effectively.

“It also gives us better access to resources to and from the West Coast, and gives us the ability to better source and manage equipment for more options and better service to our customers,” he said.

The company also plans to recruit drivers from the facility, which is located near downtown Dallas.
