UPS Pilots Are Threatening a Strike

The IPA will be meeting with the National Mediation Board during the week of December 19 – 23. If its membership has not accepted a company offer, IPA president, Captain Tom Nicholson, says the association will ask the Board to release it from negotiations. Then, following a 30-day cooling off period, the union will be able to strike.
