Guide to State Safety Requirements [New Products]

The International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses (IARW) published a Guide to Injury and Illness Prevention Programs. It details employee safety requirements by state and also can be used to develop corporate safety programs. The guide helps companies understand requirements for state-run injury and illness prevention programs; workers' compensation premiums, which list possible premium discounts based on various state requirements; and state drug-free workplace polices and drug testing requirements. The guide is available as PDF report, which is ideal for printing out information on individual states. It is also available as a MS Excel file to allow easy sorting and a complete view of nationwide requirements. Both versions contain links to state government websites where users can learn more about state requirements.
