Officials at Total Logistic Control (TLC), a leading provider of supply chain solutions, announced today that the company has acquired an ownership interest in Integrated Transportation Logistics, LLC (ITLX), a minority-owned transportation and logistics solutions company headquartered in Flint, Michigan.

The investment broadens both ITLX and TLC's abilities to serve their customers and provide supply chain solutions across an array of industries, including food/beverage, grocery, automotive, and healthcare. Combining the capabilities of both TLC and ITLX allows the two companies to empower minority-owned enterprises with the logistics capabilities necessary to compete for business and enhance their value to customers.
