Totes with Snap-In Dunnage [New Products]

PolyFlex Products’ Flex-Totes have a patented snap-in/snap-out system that locks in removable custom dunnage for securely holding parts and components during shipping, in-process handling and washing cycles.  The Flex-Tote tray design provides more interior space so custom dunnage can be designed to hold more parts and components, thus helping reduce shipping costs. Inserts can be made by either injection molding or thermoforming processes. Flex-Totes are available in 12"W x 15"L and 15"W x 24"L standard sizes and have built-in hand holds on the long side while each short side has slots for plastic inserts for holding Kanban cards or other identification labels.
