    The purchase includes 101 trailers and 44 tractors. With the acquisition, the TLC fleet is now more than 400 tractors and 700 dry and refrigerated trailers. In explaining the acquisition, TLC Vice President and General Manager of Supply Chain Services, Chris Kozak, says that "Birkmire Trucking Co. has a strong reputation for service. This acquisition offers TLC an opportunity to develop relationships with new customers and to grow with mutual customers between the two companies." Winner.
