Trammel Crow Debuts Two DCs in Dallas

ARLINGTON, Texas—This month, the Trammel Crow Co. completed the construction of two 362,200-square foot, cross-dock distribution centers in Dallas.

Built with tilt-up construction, each building has four entries, a 32-foot clear height and 60 dock doors. A separate, dedicated drive between the two buildings gives each building its own independent truck court. The project required the creation of a quarter-mile of private/public roadway.

Overlooking Interstate 30, the property is located between Loop 12 and Interstate 35, two of the main north-to-south roads in Dallas.

Trammell Crow retained Bob Moore Construction as general contractor and Alliance Architects and Halff Associates as designers.
