SCHILLER PARK, Ill.—PMI-ARPAC, a subsidiary of ARPAC LP, has acquired certain assets of Packaging Machines International Inc., a manufacturer of shrink packaging machinery.
The company said it will offer service and support to existing PMI installations.
Branko Vukotic, PMI's president, along with other former PMI employees, will join PMI-ARPAC.
