    Karl Scholz acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Pacline Overhead Conveyors (Mississauga, Ontario). Outgoing president Paul Geddes has retired after 25 years in the business to enjoy his many outdoor pursuits. Scholz has over 20 years experience in the material handling industry. As president, Karl plans to continue his growth strategy for Pacline, which supplies overhead chain conveying systems for the warehousing, automotive and manufacturing sectors.
