COLUMBUS, Ohio—Worthington Industries announced that its subsidiary, Worthington Steelpac Systems, has acquired Laser Products, a steel rack fabricator.
Laser Products primarily serves the automotive industry and operates facilities in North Lewisburg, Ohio and Greensburg, Ind.
"This transaction represents a natural geographic expansion of our existing racking business," said Don Pulver, vice president of Worthington Steelpac. “The two facilities, located in the mid-West, offer an excellent opportunity for growth by serving the automotive sector as well as other companies that utilize steel racking systems."
