    ECOLOG Logistiksysteme GmbH, has been acquired by TGW Logistics Group, TGW-ERMANCO's (Spring Lake, Mich.) parent company. ECOLOG is located in Wels, Austria and is a supplier of automated material handling solutions. The company has a strong controls and software division which will contribute additional systems integration expertise to the TGW Logistics Group.
