First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc., a diversified industrial real estate company, signed its second build-to-suit agreement with Mary Kay Inc., one of the world’s largest direct sellers of skin care and cosmetics.
First Industrial will develop a 135,000 square-foot office and distribution facility at the Prairie Stone Business Park, in Hoffman Estates, IL. The facility is scheduled for completion in early 2006. The new distribution center will replace an existing Mary Kay facility in the vicinity, and is one of five Mary Kay regional distribution centers.
