The service offers customers a non-guaranteed expedited service option at an affordable price to meet any transportation budget. Time-Advantage service offers shippers a highly reliable expedited service as fast as next day throughout North America. It provides proactive notification to alert the customer of any potential service delays and to assist in any corrective action that may be necessary in this unlikely event. This service complements Roadway Express guaranteed Time-Critical service, which has delivered more than 99 percent on time for seven years running.

Time-based services can also be ordered using a new quote-free purchase option, which allows customers to simply check off their desired delivery option on the Bill of Lading sticker supplied by Roadway Express.
