(Bellevue, Ohio) – American Baler has introduced the new DC baler series, designed specifically for distribution and warehousing operations. The new DC baler series includes three models, each offering a large feed opening, ranging from 14.4 to 20.3 square feet, to easily accept bulky set-up boxes. The new balers can also be used with air-conveyed trim systems to bale shredded secondary fibers, paper trim and scrap.

DC balers feature a unique leverage tension system resulting in more density per stroke, producing denser, heavier bales weighing up to 2,250 pounds. The heavier-duty DC models provide cycle times as fast as 8.6 seconds for large-volume operations. An enhanced platen wiper system comes standard to minimize dust emissions. DC balers are available with an eight inch cylinder and a range of power units to meet any material processing need. A high-performance bale tying system is also standard, designed for fully-automated operation and reduced wire consumption. 800-843-7512 www.americanbaler.com
