Hamilton Caster’s Enhanced Heavy Service (EHS) Caster Series is suitable for in-plant trailers, towline carts, and AGV systems. It combines Hamilton’s new HPI swivel technology with its best in class polyurethane tread wheels. HPIraceways are 45% harder than conventional hardened raceways and the surface finish is a smooth 16 micro inches.
The EHS Series covers the popular 6” x 2” and 8” x 2” wheel sizes. Wheels are equipped with double sealed precision ball bearings or tapered roller bearings which are said to sustain high speeds better than typical straight roller bearings.
