Raymond Lift Truck

Jan. 6, 2010
Raymond Corp.’s new model 4450 three-wheel, sit-down counterbalanced truck has a short head length that reduces turn radius, making it suitable for maneuvering in tight spaces found in manufacturing, warehousing and on loading docks.

The 4,000-pound-capacity lift truck features selectable travel speeds, enabling an operator to reduce travel speeds while unloading a trailer and then switch to higher speeds for long-distance transport.

The 4450 also has oil-cooled disc brakes and a common battery compartment that allows battery access from either side of the truck. It also comes equipped with Raymond’s ACR system on both the drive and lift systems for improved energy efficiency and reduced maintenance. A four-cylinder mast enhances visibility of the load for more efficient traveling, handling and stacking.
